What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@miravane.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

How long does shipping take?

Most US orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that link to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase, provided the item shows no visible signs of damage and all original packaging is intact. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at support@miravane.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process. Please have your order confirmation email handy as proof of purchase.

Is return shipping free?

Yes — we offer free domestic return shipping on all eligible orders.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email with the approval or rejection status. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 2–3 business days for your financial institution to process the credit.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@miravane.com within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We use carrier tracking timestamps to verify delivery dates, so prompt reporting is important for us to honor your claim.

I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?

Yes! If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a digital gift certificate for the value of the return once we receive the item.

Our wallets are crafted from premium leather. Each product page includes detailed material and care information specific to that style.

Do your wallets come with a warranty?

Our products are backed by the 30 day Miravane guarantee. Any sign of damage may compromise this guarantee, so please inspect your item upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours. Email support@miravane.com and we are happy to work on issues related to quality.
