Refund policy
30-Day Risk-Free Returns
We want you to love your Miravane wallet. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition and original packaging
To initiate a return, contact us at support@miravane.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Lifetime Warranty — Separate from Returns
Our 30-day return policy is entirely separate from our Lifetime Warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your wallet develops a defect after the 30-day return window, please refer to our Warranty page to submit a claim. A $12.95 shipping and handling fee applies to all warranty claims.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund and will be evaluated under our Lifetime Warranty instead.
