How to Make a Claim

A $12.95 shipping and handling fee applies to all warranty claims to cover the cost of return shipping and processing. This modest fee ensures your replacement or repaired wallet is delivered back to you promptly and securely.

30-Day Returns

Not the right fit? We offer a 30-day risk-free return on all orders. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your wallet within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition for a full refund. This is separate from our Lifetime Warranty and applies to purchases that simply aren't the right match.
